No, it's from the movie "Man of the house". Jonathan's film stepdad is running from some bad guys in the woods. He's hiding behind a fallen tree (actually he's stuck under it) when he needs to sneeze. Luckily not the bad guys show up but his stepson.

Ok, so it was an actual sneeze. Probably need to watch the movie again eventually
